GoalFit offers an unconditional 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment confirmation.
During this period, customers may request a full refund of the amount paid, without need for justification.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, customers must follow these procedures:
- Send an email to: felippecruz14@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request - Order #[ORDER NUMBER]"
- Include in the email body:
- Full name
- Email used for purchase
- Order number
3. Refund Processing
After review and approval of the refund request:
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase
- Processing time is up to 7 business days after approval
- For credit card payments: the refund will appear on the next statement or as a credit, according to the card issuer's policies
- For bank transfer or direct debit: refund will be made via bank transfer upon provision of bank details
4. Conditions and Exceptions
- Refund requests after the 7-day period will not be accepted
- Purchases made by mistake must follow the same procedure and are subject to the 7-day deadline
- Access to content and tools will be immediately revoked after refund approval
- Cases of fraud, unjustified chargeback, or violation of Terms of Service will not be eligible for refund
- There are no recurring charges or subscriptions to cancel - this is a one-time payment
